Ensign has invested in Renovation Project of Boiler Flue Gas Ultralow –Discharge, upgrading and reconstruction to the primary environmental protection facilities since 2016.
Dust removal: Add electric dust precipitation on the base of bag-type dust remover.
Desulfurization: a newly built desulfurizing tower, the other 3 towers add spray level, synergy ring, tray and so on.
Denitration: add low-nitrogen combustion facility.
The project was completed in July 2017 and achieved ultralow –emission requirement. Waste gas discharge is lower than Heat-Engine Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standard of Shandong Province （DB37/664-2013）, amendmentNo.2 ultralow –emission standard（SO2≤35mg/Nm3、NOx≤100mg/Nm3、Dust≤10mg/Nm3）, meanwhile Ensign gets pollutant emission license(serial number :91370700165767698540001P).
Anaerobe and aerobe combination treatment is applied to wastewater treatment process. COD and ammonia nitrogen are the main pollutant.
Ensign has built anaerobic treatment facility IC Tower and aerobic treatment facility oxidation ditch. All facilities function normally.
Waste water indirectly discharges into town’s sewage network after being treated by effluent treatment station, entering into Changle Sapphire Water Affairs Development Co., Ltd.
Ensign has begun to execute Citric Acid Industrial WaterPollutant Emission Standard GB19430-2013（COD≤300mg/l、ammonianitrogen≤30mg/l）since July 1,2016.
Aim at reinforcing to monitor waste water discharge, Ensign has a waste water discharge outlet that is installed with on-line automatic monitoring equipment which contacts with government environmental protection administration.
According to the requirements from environmental protection administration, Ensign compiles Contingency Plan for Emergent Environmental Incident and records it with Changle county environmental protection bureau at January 8, 2015.Record number is 3707CLI2015002.
