The First Phase of the Fourth Batch of Talent Training and Expansion Activities of Ensign Industry Went on Well

In order to activatethe talent cultivation atmosphere of the company, enhance team cohesion andcorporate cohesion, and enhance communication and exchange among variousdepartments, the Human Resources Department organized the first phase of thefourth batch of outdoor outward bound training activities for talentcultivation objects and new employees of key functional positions on May 19th.A total of 63 people went to Qingzhou Shanshui Development Base to carry outquality outward bound training.

This outward boundtraining mainly carried out activities such as league construction &Icebreaker, team presentation, ultimate disc, climbing new heights bravely, climbing(climbing web, ladder), obstacle crossing, etc. The rules are simple and clear,challenging, interesting, meaning in the line, teaching and entertaining. Theteam members are fearless against sun, not afraid of difficulties, unity andcooperation, brave to climb the peak. Players who are sprint in front of theactivity go to help the members running after, and they are keep up withunremitting. In the sound of refueling and the help again and again till to theend, these activities let everyone understand the importance of team honor,give full play to Ensign spirit of "Strives Constantly forSelf-improvement, Commitment to Excellence".
