The Second Phase of the Fourth Batch of Talent Training and Expansion Activities of Ensign Industry Went on Well

In line with the principle of team cultivation and strengthening communication among various departments, Human Resources Department of Ensign Industry organized the second phase of the fourth batch of outdoor outward bound training activities for talent cultivation objects and new employees in key functional positions on May 26th. A total of 56 people went to Qingzhou Shanshui Development Base to carry out quality outward bound training.

This outward bound training mainly carried out six activities include team presentation, climbing new heights bravely, ultimate disc, troops on battlefield, life dynamic circle, summary, graduation photo, which bring participants success and joy brought by "communication and cooperation, mutual trust, solidarity, information sharing and perseverance".
